We design and supply pick to light systems according to customer requirements.

The pick to light system is used in the assembly of parts and prevents the assembler from making mistakes by informing them where to pick the parts from. If the assembler puts their hand in the wrong box, it will be indicated by both an audio and light signal. 

The customer determines the required box size (according to the boxes) and the number of boxes. We design the most suitable design according to the layout of their operation.

Programming options:

The pick to light system can be programmed by switching the key and entering the required sequence, or directly from a PLC device or computer, according to the required assembly procedure.

It is also possible to implement a code reader, where according to the code you have entered, which you print and stick on the product, you can automatically assign the required light signal sequence. 

You can also use any barcode or QR code from any supplier. 

Coding and sequence editing can be done by anyone using the EXCEL program and imported into our system.

The system can also record the quantities of finished assemblies and generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports by individual workplaces, or by shifts and employees. 

The system can be controlled centrally and multiple workplaces can be connected to it. Workplaces are connected either by cables or via WIFI.
